shipping policy 

Please allow 3-5 business days for me to process your order. Orders received after 5 PM ET will be processed on the next business day.

I will pack your garment in a sealed plastic bag to protect it during shipment. I will also provide tracking information so you can track the progress of your package.

At present, I do not ship internationally (sorry!).

Shipping carrier: I typically ship via USPS and do not ship on U.S. holidays.

Shipping times: Once processed, orders shipped typically arrive within 7 business days.

If there’s a delay in your order, please check the tracking information I provided. I cannot be responsible for carrier delays.

Local pickup: If you’re in the Raleigh/Durham/Chapel Hill area, you are welcome to pick up your garment from my home studio in West Cary. Select the “local pickup” option when placing your order and I will reach out to you to arrange a convenient time for pickup.

Return Policy

Didn’t love what you ordered? I am happy to accept online returns within 60 days of your purchase date for a full refund or exchange (minus shipping costs). Items returned after the 60-day return period are not eligible for a refund or exchange. Items must be returned in undamaged and clean condition. THIS DOES NOT APPLY TO SAMPLE SALE ITEMS - THOSE SALES ARE FINAL.

To make a return, please send me a message through my contact page with your order number. I’ll help you process your return and provide a free shipping label for your purchased item. Simply repackage your item and drop it off at the post office. Once I receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for processing. If your return is accepted, please allow 3-5 business days for a refund to appear on your original method of payment.
